Your Access Point to Proactive Health Intelligence
Holmony App is the standardized client-facing application within the Holmony™ Global Proactive Health Network and the ProXplor ecosystem.
It provides authorized users with a structured way to complete eligible assessment workflows, access personal reports, understand relevant health insights and review previous results over time.
Holmony App delivers the user experience and access layer. The underlying health intelligence is generated by ProXplor’s inference engines operating within ProXplor Nexus™.
Proactive Health Intelligence Made Accessible
Health information is often fragmented, difficult to interpret and disconnected from practical action.
Holmony App connects users with eligible ProXplor-powered reports and services through a clear digital experience.
Depending on the user’s authorization, the app can provide:
guided assessment workflows;
secure account access;
personal report delivery;
phenotype-informed health insights;
lifestyle-oriented recommendations;
access to previous reports;
longitudinal reassessment.
The services available to each user depend on the participating organization, authorized program and assigned report access.
A Client Application, Not an Inference Engine
Holmony App does not independently perform health inference.
The app guides users through eligible workflows, securely transfers authorized information and presents the resulting reports.
The underlying technology architecture consists of:
ProXplor Research Framework™, which provides the scientific and methodological foundation;
ProXplor Nexus™, the Health and Medical Intelligence Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform;
InferPheno™, the Digital Phenotype Inference Engine that generates the current reports;
Holmony App, which provides the client-facing interface and report-access experience.
This separation keeps the responsibilities of the application, inference engine and technology platform clearly defined.
Digital Phenotype Assessment
The current assessment experience available through Holmony App is supported by InferPheno™.
Depending on the authorized product configuration, users may be asked to provide:
a frontal facial image;
a facial profile image;
a tongue image;
date of birth;
gender;
long-term country or region of residence;
other authorized contextual information required by the assessment.
The app provides guidance for positioning, framing, lighting and image quality.
If a submitted image does not meet the technical requirements for analysis, the user may be asked to capture it again.
How It Works
1. Sign In
The user signs in using an available Apple or Google account.
A unique User ID is created and linked to the sign-in account. This User ID is used to associate the user with eligible services and personal reports.
2. Confirm Access
The system confirms whether the user has access to an authorized assessment or report service.
Downloading the app does not automatically activate all services.
3. Complete the Assessment
The app guides the user through the required image capture and collection of authorized contextual information.
4. Generate the Report
The submitted information is securely transmitted to the authorized ProXplor processing environment.
InferPheno performs the digital phenotype inference within ProXplor Nexus. Reports are typically generated within minutes after successful submission, although processing time may vary according to system and network conditions.
5. View My Reports
The completed report is associated with the user’s unique User ID and made available through My Reports.
The user can return to the report and review previous eligible reports after signing in.
What the Reports Provide
Reports available through Holmony App are designed to translate phenotype-related information into clear, appropriately scoped health insights.
Depending on the authorized report configuration, content may include:
a structured overview of phenotype-related features;
multidimensional phenotype pattern interpretation;
phenotype-informed lifestyle health insights;
relevant areas for health awareness;
practical lifestyle-oriented recommendations;
areas for continued observation;
suggested timing for reassessment;
situations in which professional consultation may be appropriate.
Lifestyle-oriented content may address areas such as:
sleep and recovery;
nutrition and eating patterns;
physical activity;
stress management;
daily rhythm;
hydration;
behavioral and environmental factors.
The specific content and recommendations available depend on the intended use and configuration of the underlying product.
My Reports
My Reports provides users with access to personal reports associated with their unique User ID and stored in ProXplor Nexus.
When the user signs in, the app automatically retrieves and displays eligible reports associated with that User ID.
My Reports allows users to:
access current reports;
review previous reports;
revisit lifestyle-oriented recommendations;
compare relevant findings across repeated assessments;
maintain continuity across authorized services.
Only reports associated with the signed-in User ID are displayed.
Designed for Reassessment
Health is dynamic, and one assessment represents only one point in time.
Where additional report access is available, Holmony App allows users to complete repeated assessments and review reports over time.
Reassessment can help users:
observe relevant phenotype-related changes;
review persistent or changing patterns;
evaluate the implementation of lifestyle actions;
update areas of personal attention;
determine when further reassessment may be useful.
Differences between reports do not, by themselves, establish a biological or clinical change. Results should be understood in relation to image quality, capture conditions, personal context and the intended use of the report.
Access Through Authorized Programs
Holmony App may be publicly available for download, but assessment and report services require authorization.
Access may be provided through:
Holmony™ programs;
employers and employee wellbeing programs;
health management organizations;
insurers and wellness programs;
authorized professional service providers;
enterprise and institutional partners;
other authorized ProXplor programs.
Participating organizations can assign report access or usage quotas to eligible users.
Holmony App does not currently sell assessments through in-app purchases. Users access eligible services through the organization or program that authorizes their participation.
Employer-Sponsored. Individually Accessed.
In employer-sponsored or organization-sponsored programs, the organization may provide access to a report service.
The individual user signs in through a personal account and accesses the report through My Reports.
Sponsorship does not automatically provide the sponsoring organization with access to the content of an individual’s personal report.
Any organizational access to personal information must be separately defined, lawfully permitted and appropriately disclosed to the user.
Responsible Image and Data Use
Holmony App is designed around purpose-limited use of personal and health-related information.
For the current digital phenotype assessment workflow:
images are collected only for the requested analysis;
images are processed within the authorized ProXplor environment;
InferPheno analyzes phenotype-related features rather than identity;
source images are automatically deleted after processing and are not retained as part of the user’s report history;
the generated text report is retained and associated with the user’s unique User ID;
report access is controlled through the user’s sign-in account and authorization;
retained information is governed by the applicable privacy policy and data protection requirements.
The exact categories of data collected, processing arrangements, retention periods, user rights and contact channels are described in the Holmony App Privacy Policy.
Not Facial Recognition
Holmony App and InferPheno are not designed to use submitted assessment images for identity recognition or verification.
They do not use these images to:
identify an individual from facial characteristics;
authenticate a user account;
compare a person against an identity database;
perform surveillance;
create an identity-recognition profile.
Account authentication is managed separately through the available sign-in provider.
Clear Health and Medical Boundaries
The current reports available through Holmony App are intended for general wellness and health optimization.
They:
are informational and non-diagnostic;
do not establish the presence or absence of a disease;
do not replace laboratory testing, medical imaging or clinical examination;
do not measure vital signs or clinical biomarkers;
do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional;
should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.
If a report identifies an area that may require further attention, the appropriate next step may include continued observation, reassessment or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Holmony App is not intended for medical emergencies. Users experiencing urgent or serious symptoms should contact an appropriate healthcare professional or local emergency service.
