HNS Series™

Health Navigation Intelligence Across Wellness and Clinical Contexts

HNS Series™ is ProXplor’s standardized health navigation product family.

Powered by InferFunc™, the series transforms functional-state information into structured health navigation, decision support and appropriately scoped pathways for action.

HNS Series comprises two distinct systems:

  • AIHNS™ — Artificial Intelligence Health Navigation System, designed for general wellness and health optimization;

  • CIHNS™ — Clinical Intelligence Health Navigation System, designed for clinical use.

The two systems operate on a shared technology foundation but serve different users, purposes and regulatory contexts.

From Health Information to Health Navigation

Health information is often fragmented across measurements, assessments, devices, records and points in time.

Knowing an individual value does not necessarily explain:

  • how different functions are interacting;

  • which patterns may be most relevant;

  • what should receive attention first;

  • what action may be appropriate;

  • when reassessment should occur;

  • whether professional involvement is required.

HNS Series is designed to move from isolated information toward structured health navigation.

It organizes relevant data into functional-state representations, interprets relationships across multiple variables and translates those interpretations into product-specific guidance or decision support.

Powered by InferFunc™

HNS Series products are powered by InferFunc™, ProXplor’s Functional-State Inference Engine.

InferFunc operates on ProXplor Nexus™, ProXplor’s Health and Medical Intelligence Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform, and follows the scientific and methodological principles of the ProXplor Research Framework™.

This architecture enables HNS Series products to combine:

  • functional assessment data;

  • bioelectric signal acquisition data;

  • connected health device data;

  • self-reported information;

  • behavioral and environmental context;

  • longitudinal records;

  • systems-level functional interpretation;

  • product-specific navigation and decision support.

InferFunc is the underlying inference technology. HNS Series defines how that intelligence is translated into standardized products for wellness and clinical use.

Understanding Functional State

Functional state describes how relevant physiological and behavioral functions are operating and interacting at a particular time.

It cannot be represented adequately by a single measurement.

HNS Series organizes multiple variables into structured representations of functional state, allowing the system to examine:

  • relationships among relevant functions;

  • interactions across different system levels;

  • patterns that may not be visible through isolated measurements;

  • behavioral and contextual influences;

  • changes across repeated assessments;

  • areas that may require continued observation or further action.

Functional-state intelligence does not replace established measurements or professional judgment. It provides an additional structure for interpreting complex information within the intended use of each product.

One Product Family. Two Distinct Systems.

AIHNS and CIHNS share the InferFunc engine and ProXplor Nexus foundation, but they are not different pricing tiers of the same product.

They are separate systems with different:

  • intended users;

  • intended uses;

  • output boundaries;

  • professional oversight requirements;

  • validation pathways;

  • regulatory obligations;

  • deployment environments.

The distinction between AIHNS and CIHNS is fundamental to the scientific, product and regulatory architecture of the HNS Series.
