InferPheno™ Enterprise

An Organization-Authorized Personal Health and Lifestyle Information Platform

1. About InferPheno™ Enterprise

InferPheno™ Enterprise is a personal health and lifestyle information platform for authorized users of enterprises, government institutions, and other organizations.

Through ProXplor Nexus™ Solutions, enterprises and organizations can customize health and lifestyle insight content, report types, and service frameworks powered by the InferPheno™ engine, based on their health and wellbeing objectives, service scenarios, and specific program requirements.

Users authorized by their affiliated enterprise or organization can use InferPheno™ Enterprise to view, understand, and continuously track their own health and lifestyle information. Depending on the services configured by their organization, users may receive visual phenotype observations, lifestyle status references, personalized health insights, daily lifestyle suggestions, and periodic reassessment references.

Access to personal health and lifestyle information is account-specific. Each user must successfully authenticate through their own Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google account before accessing their information. InferPheno™ uses the unique account identifier returned by the applicable authentication provider to associate the authenticated user with their individual account and information.

Organization authorization determines a user’s eligibility to access the services configured by that organization only. It does not grant the affiliated organization, its administrators, or other organization personnel access to the user’s personal health and lifestyle information or individual reports. Personal health and lifestyle information is accessible through the individual user’s authenticated account and is intended for that user’s own viewing and understanding, unless the user explicitly initiates sharing through an available sharing feature.

InferPheno™ Enterprise is designed to help authorized users better understand their health and lifestyle status and how it changes over time, providing digital support for everyday health awareness, lifestyle optimization, and ongoing health and wellbeing.

2. Organization-Authorized Access

InferPheno™ Enterprise operates through an enterprise and organization-authorized access model.

User eligibility and access to specific services are provided by the user’s affiliated enterprise, government institution, or organization. Access permissions may be configured and managed by a designated department or authorized administrator within the organization.

Each organization may determine which health and lifestyle insight services, report types, and related features are made available to its authorized users based on the organization’s program requirements and the services configured through ProXplor Nexus™ Solutions.

Once authorized, users access the applicable services through their own accounts and can view, understand, and track their own health and lifestyle information and reports.

Authorization determines a user’s eligibility to access the services configured by their organization. Personal health and lifestyle information presented through InferPheno™ Enterprise is intended for the individual user’s own viewing and understanding.

5. Image Submission Guidelines

The images required for InferPheno™ Enterprise depend on the insight report selected and the services configured by the user’s affiliated organization.

Depending on the report type, required images may include:

  • Frontal facial image

  • Profile facial image

  • Frontal tongue image

Users should follow the in-app guidance and image examples when capturing or uploading images.

To support consistent image quality:

  • Use natural light or bright, soft lighting

  • Keep the image clear and in focus

  • Ensure the required face or tongue area is fully visible and unobstructed

  • Follow the positioning and framing instructions shown in the app

  • Do not use beauty filters, image filters, or strong lighting effects

  • Avoid images that are too dark, overexposed, excessively angled, blurred, or incompletely cropped

Image quality may affect the quality and reference value of the generated health and lifestyle insights.

6. Periodic Reassessment

InferPheno™ Enterprise supports periodic reassessment to help users observe how their health and lifestyle information may change over time.

Where reassessment services are available through the user’s affiliated organization, users may complete follow-up assessments at appropriate intervals and review changes in visual phenotype observations, lifestyle status references, and other health and lifestyle insights included in their reports.

Periodic reassessment is intended to support ongoing awareness of personal health and lifestyle patterns, help users understand changes associated with everyday routines and habits, and provide a reference for continued lifestyle optimization.

Reassessment intervals, available report types, and related services may vary according to the program configured by each enterprise or organization through ProXplor Nexus™ Solutions.

7. Image Data and Privacy

InferPheno™ Enterprise uses images voluntarily submitted by users only to provide the image-based health and lifestyle insight services available to them through their affiliated organization.

Depending on the selected report type, submitted images may include:

  • Frontal facial image

  • Profile facial image

  • Frontal tongue image

Submitted images are used only for visual phenotype observation and the generation of the corresponding health and lifestyle insight report. They are not used for identity verification, facial recognition, biometric identification, biometric authentication, advertising, user tracking, commercial profiling, data brokerage, sale of personal information, cross-app tracking, third-party identity matching, or model training.

InferPheno™ Enterprise does not create facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, biometric profiles, or face-based identity records from submitted images.

Submitted images are temporarily processed on cloud infrastructure solely to provide the requested service. Report generation typically takes approximately 2–3 minutes. Once processing is completed, the submitted images are automatically deleted and are not retained as long-term account records.

Generated health and lifestyle insight reports may be retained in the user’s account for personal viewing, user-initiated sharing, reassessment reference, and ongoing tracking.

Access to personal health and lifestyle information is provided through the individual user’s own account. An affiliated enterprise or organization may manage a user’s service eligibility and access permissions, but this does not provide the organization or its administrators with access to the user’s submitted images or individual health and lifestyle reports. Such information is shared only when the user explicitly initiates or authorizes the sharing.

InferPheno™ Enterprise does not sell submitted images or personal health and lifestyle information and does not use such information for advertising purposes.
