InferPheno App Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InferPheno App and the related account, assessment, report, organization-access, report-sharing, and digital services provided by PROXPLOR PTE. LTD. (202406772N) (“ProXplor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using InferPheno App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the InferPheno App Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use InferPheno App.

InferPheno App is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

2. About InferPheno App

InferPheno App is a configurable digital phenotype application designed to provide personalized:

  • Health insights;

  • Lifestyle optimization information;

  • General wellness information; and

  • Periodic reassessment.

InferPheno App is the user-facing application layer.

The underlying ProXplor technologies supporting the service include:

ProXplor Nexus™
Health and Medical Intelligence Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform

and

InferPheno™
Digital Phenotype Inference Engine

InferPheno App may provide different organization- or program-specific report models while maintaining the applicable ProXplor analytical and technology architecture.

The availability of particular report models, services, assessments, or features may depend on the organization or program through which you receive access.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You may use InferPheno App only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are legally capable of accepting these Terms;

  • You are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction; and

  • Where Organization Access is required, you have valid authorization from a Participating Organization or authorized program.

Users under 18 are not eligible to complete assessments through the current version of InferPheno App.

By using InferPheno App, you represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Authentication and User ID

InferPheno App supports:

  • Sign in with Apple; and

  • Google Sign-In.

When you first successfully authenticate, ProXplor Nexus™ generates a unique User ID and associates that User ID with your supported authentication account.

The User ID is used to associate your:

  • Account;

  • Personal Profile Information;

  • Organization Access;

  • Assessments;

  • Personal Reports; and

  • Related service information.

When you subsequently authenticate using the same linked authentication account, the existing User ID is recognized.

You are responsible for using your own supported authentication account and for maintaining the security of that account.

You must not:

  • Use another person’s account without authorization;

  • Allow another person to impersonate you;

  • Circumvent authentication controls;

  • Attempt to access another user’s account or reports;

  • Misrepresent your identity for the purpose of obtaining service access; or

  • Use fraudulent or unauthorized credentials.

ProXplor does not receive or store your Apple or Google password.

Deleting your InferPheno App account does not delete your Apple or Google account.

5. Personal Profile Information

InferPheno App may require you to provide or confirm certain information necessary to operate the service and complete applicable assessments.

The current version may process:

  • Display Name;

  • Gender — Male or Female;

  • Date of Birth;

  • Long-Term Place of Residence;

  • Height; and

  • Weight.

You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and relates to you.

You are responsible for updating information where appropriate if it changes or is entered incorrectly.

Display Name is used for account identification and report presentation and is not used as an analytical input.

You must not intentionally provide false or misleading information in an attempt to manipulate, misuse, or misrepresent the results of an assessment.

6. Organization-Sponsored Access

InferPheno App primarily provides assessment access through participating organizations and authorized programs.

A Participating Organization may include an enterprise, government institution, government-linked company, insurer, cooperative, membership organization, health or wellness organization, public-sector program, or other authorized organization.

Where applicable, eligible users may receive an Organization Access Code.

Organization Access Codes:

  • Are generated as non-identifying codes;

  • Are distributed by participating organizations or authorized program administrators;

  • Are not available for public individual purchase through InferPheno App;

  • Must be used only by eligible users for the applicable program; and

  • Must not be sold, resold, commercially transferred, fraudulently obtained, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise misused.

Organization Access may determine:

  • Eligibility for new assessments;

  • Available report models;

  • Available service entitlements;

  • Applicable service period; and

  • Program-specific access.

ProXplor may reject, suspend, or revoke an Organization Access Code or related entitlement where the authorization is expired, invalid, withdrawn, fraudulently obtained, duplicated, misused, or otherwise unauthorized.

The commercial arrangements between ProXplor and a Participating Organization are governed separately and are not part of these Terms unless expressly stated.

7. Individual Control and Organization Access Restrictions

Organization sponsorship provides access to applicable services. It does not give the sponsoring organization access to the individual user’s Personal Reports or health-related information.

Through InferPheno App, Participating Organizations do not receive access to:

  • Your Personal Reports;

  • Your Submitted Photos;

  • Your Personal Profile Information;

  • Your assessment inputs;

  • Your digital phenotype observations;

  • Your health or lifestyle insights; or

  • Other individual or aggregated health information generated through InferPheno App.

Participating Organizations may administer limited non-health functions necessary to distribute and manage program entitlements, including applicable Organization Access Codes and authorization status.

Organization authorization does not constitute consent for disclosure of your personal health or lifestyle information.

InferPheno App Personal Reports are not provided or authorized for use in:

  • Insurance underwriting;

  • Premium pricing;

  • Insurance eligibility determinations;

  • Insurance claims decisions;

  • Employment recruitment;

  • Promotion;

  • Compensation;

  • Disciplinary action;

  • Termination; or

  • Other adverse decisions concerning an individual.

8. Assessment Information

For an applicable assessment, InferPheno App may process the following analytical inputs:

  • Gender;

  • Date of Birth;

  • Long-Term Place of Residence;

  • Height;

  • Weight;

  • Frontal Face Photo;

  • Profile Face Photo; and

  • Frontal Tongue Photo.

Height and weight are entered by the user and are not measured using the device camera.

Long-Term Place of Residence is entered by the user. InferPheno App does not require GPS-level precise location for assessment purposes.

Different available report models may produce different forms of health or lifestyle insight while using the applicable standardized analytical input structure.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is your own and is reasonably accurate.

9. Submitted Photos

An applicable assessment may require:

  • Frontal Face Photo;

  • Profile Face Photo; and

  • Frontal Tongue Photo.

Submitted Photos may be:

  • Captured using the device camera; or

  • Selected from the device photo library.

You agree that you will:

  • Submit only photos of yourself;

  • Follow the applicable image-capture guidance;

  • Submit photos that reasonably represent the requested image type;

  • Not submit another person’s images without lawful authority;

  • Not submit manipulated or misleading images for the purpose of falsifying an assessment;

  • Not submit unlawful, offensive, irrelevant, or harmful content; and

  • Not use the photo-processing functionality for purposes unrelated to the intended InferPheno App service.

Submitted Photos are processed through ProXplor Nexus™ and InferPheno™ solely for the applicable assessment and report-generation workflow.

Submitted Photos are automatically deleted from the processing environment:

once the applicable Personal Report is generated or 3 minutes after upload, whichever occurs first.

Submitted Photos are not retained as part of your long-term account record after that deletion point.

They are not used for:

  • Facial recognition;

  • Identity verification;

  • Biometric authentication;

  • Creation of biometric identity templates;

  • Surveillance;

  • Advertising;

  • Cross-app tracking;

  • Data brokerage;

  • Unrelated commercial profiling; or

  • AI model training.

10. Personal Reports and Report Models

Depending on your available service entitlement, InferPheno App may generate a Personal Report containing information such as:

  • Digital phenotype observations;

  • Health and wellness information;

  • Lifestyle-related information;

  • Personalized health insights;

  • Lifestyle optimization guidance;

  • Areas for continued attention;

  • Periodic reassessment information; and

  • Other content associated with the selected report model.

Personal Reports are associated with your User ID and may remain accessible through My Reports while your account remains active.

Different organizations or programs may make different report models available to eligible users.

The availability of one report model does not create a right to access every report model offered through InferPheno App.

ProXplor may update report formats, presentation, language, workflow, or content structure where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes remain within the intended general wellness scope of InferPheno App.

11. Interpretation and Limitations of Reports

InferPheno App outputs include model-based observations, inferences, health insights, and lifestyle information.

They are not direct clinical or physiological measurements.

Results may be affected by factors including:

  • Accuracy of information entered by the user;

  • Image quality;

  • Lighting;

  • Camera angle;

  • Framing;

  • Facial expression;

  • Visible appearance;

  • Tongue presentation;

  • Recent food or drink;

  • Image alteration or filtering; and

  • Other conditions present when information or photos are submitted.

A Personal Report may therefore differ between assessments.

Differences between reports do not, by themselves, establish:

  • A clinical change;

  • A disease progression;

  • A disease improvement;

  • A causal relationship;

  • That a particular lifestyle action caused an observed difference; or

  • That a person’s overall health has definitively improved or worsened.

Periodic reassessment is intended to support continued health awareness and lifestyle review, not clinical monitoring.

12. Report Sharing

InferPheno App may allow you to voluntarily share a specific Personal Report.

Report Sharing is initiated by you and is not automatic.

When you choose to share a report:

  • An encrypted report-access link is generated;

  • Access requires the applicable password;

  • The recipient does not need to register for an InferPheno App account;

  • The report may be opened through a standard web browser;

  • Access is limited to the specific Personal Report you selected;

  • The recipient does not gain access to your account, Personal Profile Information, Organization Access information, or other Personal Reports; and

  • Access expires after 7 days or 3 accesses, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for deciding:

  • Whether to share a report;

  • With whom you share it;

  • How you transmit the encrypted link;

  • How you transmit the password; and

  • Whether the intended recipient is appropriate.

You should not publish a report-sharing link or password publicly.

Once an intended recipient accesses a shared report, ProXplor cannot control actions independently taken by that recipient, including screenshots, copying, further disclosure, or other use outside InferPheno App.

You should therefore share Personal Reports only with persons you trust.

13. General Wellness Service

InferPheno App is designed and offered as a general wellness application.

InferPheno App is not a medical device.

The App is intended to support:

  • General health awareness;

  • Health insights;

  • Lifestyle optimization;

  • General wellness information; and

  • Periodic reassessment.

InferPheno App is not intended to provide:

  • Medical diagnosis;

  • Disease detection or confirmation;

  • Disease prediction;

  • Clinical screening;

  • Clinical physiological measurement;

  • Medical treatment;

  • Prescription;

  • Emergency medical advice; or

  • Medical decision support.

InferPheno App does not measure clinical physiological parameters such as:

  • Blood pressure;

  • Blood glucose;

  • Blood oxygen saturation;

  • Body temperature;

  • Heart rate;

  • Electrocardiographic activity; or

  • Similar physiological measurements.

The current version of InferPheno App does not integrate with Apple HealthKit and does not read from or write to the Apple Health app.

14. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

InferPheno App and Personal Reports are not substitutes for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

You must not use InferPheno App to:

  • Diagnose or attempt to diagnose a disease;

  • Determine whether you require medical treatment;

  • Replace medical examinations or laboratory testing;

  • Delay or disregard professional medical advice;

  • Determine medication use or dosage;

  • Manage a medical emergency; or

  • Make decisions requiring professional clinical judgment.

If you have symptoms, health concerns, an existing medical condition, or questions about diagnosis or treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate professional medical assistance.

15. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of InferPheno App and for decisions you make based on information made available through the service.

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes;

  • Use only your own account;

  • Provide reasonably accurate information;

  • Submit only authorized content;

  • Follow applicable assessment instructions;

  • Protect your authentication account;

  • Protect report-sharing credentials;

  • Use Personal Reports within their intended general wellness scope; and

  • Seek professional healthcare advice where appropriate.

You must not present an InferPheno App report as:

  • A medical diagnosis;

  • A laboratory test result;

  • A clinical screening result;

  • A medical examination;

  • A medical certificate;

  • A prescription;

  • A regulated medical-device output; or

  • A substitute for professional medical evaluation.

16. Prohibited Uses

You must not use InferPheno App or related services to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation;

  • Violate another person’s rights;

  • Access another person’s account without authorization;

  • Submit another person’s photos or personal information without lawful authorization;

  • Circumvent authentication, Organization Access, security, usage, or entitlement controls;

  • Sell or resell Organization Access Codes;

  • Fraudulently obtain service entitlements;

  • Manipulate information or images to falsify assessments;

  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software;

  • Interfere with system security, availability, integrity, or performance;

  • Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability testing;

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or systematically collect data through unauthorized means;

  • Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or other unauthorized systems to interact with the service;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to ProXplor Nexus™, InferPheno™, accounts, data, reports, infrastructure, or administrative systems;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, inference logic, architecture, proprietary workflows, or trade secrets, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

  • Reproduce or commercially exploit proprietary reports, report templates, models, interfaces, or service structures without authorization;

  • Use InferPheno App outputs to provide unauthorized medical, diagnostic, clinical, treatment, certification, or regulated healthcare services;

  • Misrepresent the capabilities, purpose, accuracy, or intended use of InferPheno App; or

  • Use the service in a manner that may harm ProXplor, other users, Participating Organizations, infrastructure providers, or other persons.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Your use of InferPheno App is also subject to the InferPheno App Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how ProXplor collects, uses, processes, stores, protects, shares, retains, and deletes personal data.

Where your consent is required for a particular processing activity, consent may be requested separately.

Organization sponsorship or authorization is separate from your individual consent to personal-data processing.

Nothing in these Terms gives a Participating Organization ownership or control over your Personal Reports, Submitted Photos, or individual health or lifestyle information.

18. User-Submitted Information and Limited Processing Permission

You retain any rights you may have in personal information, photos, or other materials you submit through InferPheno App.

By submitting information or photos, you authorize ProXplor to process, transmit, temporarily store, analyze, and otherwise use that information only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • Authenticate and operate your account;

  • Maintain your Personal Profile Information;

  • Verify Organization Access;

  • Perform the requested assessment;

  • Generate your Personal Report;

  • Store and retrieve your Personal Reports;

  • Provide Report Sharing where initiated by you;

  • Operate and secure the service;

  • Provide technical or customer support; and

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of your personal information to ProXplor.

It does not authorize ProXplor to sell your personal data or use your Submitted Photos or Personal Reports for AI model training.

Processing remains subject to the InferPheno App Privacy Policy.

19. Intellectual Property

InferPheno App and the technologies and materials associated with it are owned by ProXplor or their applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • InferPheno App;

  • ProXplor Nexus™;

  • InferPheno™;

  • Software;

  • Source code and object code;

  • Artificial intelligence systems;

  • Models;

  • Inference architecture;

  • Algorithms;

  • Workflows;

  • Methodologies;

  • Report structures;

  • Report templates;

  • User interfaces;

  • Graphics;

  • Text;

  • Product architecture;

  • Databases;

  • Documentation;

  • Trademarks;

  • Trade names;

  • Logos;

  • Design elements; and

  • Other proprietary technology or content.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Your personal information remains subject to your applicable rights under privacy and data-protection law.

A Personal Report may contain both your personal information and ProXplor proprietary report structures, methods, presentation, and intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use your Personal Reports for your own lawful personal purposes and may share a report using the authorized Report Sharing functionality.

You must not reproduce, commercialize, license, sublicense, resell, systematically distribute, or use ProXplor proprietary report structures, templates, technology, or content to develop or provide a competing product or service without prior written authorization from ProXplor.

20. Limited Right to Use InferPheno App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable platform terms, ProXplor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use InferPheno App and the services made available to your account.

This right is provided solely for the intended use of InferPheno App.

You do not acquire ownership of the application, software, technology, or service infrastructure.

For users who obtain InferPheno App through the Apple App Store, use of the application is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent applicable.

ProXplor does not provide a separate Custom EULA through the Apple App Store unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where InferPheno App is distributed through another application marketplace, applicable marketplace terms may also apply.

21. Service Availability and Changes

ProXplor may from time to time:

  • Update InferPheno App;

  • Modify user interfaces;

  • Update technical infrastructure;

  • Update report presentation;

  • Add, modify, or discontinue report models;

  • Modify assessment workflows;

  • Improve security;

  • Perform maintenance;

  • Correct errors;

  • Modify features;

  • Restrict unsupported versions; or

  • Make changes required by law, regulation, security, platform policy, or operational requirements.

ProXplor does not guarantee that every feature, report model, language, or service will be available:

  • At all times;

  • In every jurisdiction;

  • For every organization;

  • For every user; or

  • On every device or operating-system version.

Planned or unplanned maintenance, network conditions, infrastructure issues, platform outages, cybersecurity events, or circumstances outside ProXplor’s reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

22. Organization Access Expiration

Organization-sponsored access may expire or be withdrawn according to the applicable program or organization authorization.

Expiration or withdrawal of Organization Access may affect your ability to:

  • Start new assessments;

  • Use remaining organization-sponsored entitlements;

  • Access particular report models; or

  • Use other organization-sponsored functions.

Expiration of Organization Access does not, by itself:

  • Transfer your Personal Reports to the Participating Organization;

  • Give the Participating Organization access to your Personal Reports; or

  • Automatically delete Personal Reports already associated with your active account.

Existing Personal Reports may remain available through My Reports while your account remains active, subject to applicable service availability, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

23. Suspension and Termination

ProXplor may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of InferPheno App where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • You materially violate these Terms;

  • Your access is unauthorized;

  • Fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected;

  • An Organization Access entitlement is invalid, expired, or withdrawn;

  • You attempt to compromise service security;

  • You interfere with service operation;

  • Your use creates a material risk to another user, ProXplor, a Participating Organization, or service infrastructure;

  • Suspension is necessary to comply with applicable law, a court order, regulatory requirement, or platform requirement; or

  • Continued access would create a material security or legal risk.

Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, ProXplor may provide notice of material suspension or termination.

Suspension of an entitlement does not automatically delete your account unless the account itself is separately deleted or terminated.

24. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your InferPheno App account through the Delete My Account function within the App.

Before permanent deletion is completed, the App may require confirmation of the consequences of deletion.

When account deletion is completed:

  • Your InferPheno App account is permanently deleted;

  • Your User ID is deleted;

  • Personal Profile Information associated with the User ID is deleted;

  • Personal Reports associated with the User ID are deleted;

  • Applicable associated account data is deleted; and

  • The deleted account and associated Personal Reports cannot be restored.

Limited records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

If you subsequently register again, the new registration will be treated as a new account and a new User ID will be generated.

Deleting your InferPheno App account does not delete your Apple or Google account.

25. Third-Party Platforms and Infrastructure

InferPheno App may rely on independent services necessary for distribution, authentication, hosting, or infrastructure, including:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play, where applicable;

  • Sign in with Apple;

  • Google Sign-In; and

  • Alibaba Cloud – Singapore Region.

Your use of independent third-party platforms may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

ProXplor is not responsible for independent third-party services outside ProXplor’s reasonable control.

ProXplor Nexus™ and InferPheno™ are proprietary ProXplor technologies and are not third-party AI services.

InferPheno App does not use third-party AI or large language model providers to process assessment data.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

InferPheno App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProXplor does not warrant that:

  • InferPheno App will always be available without interruption;

  • The service will always be error-free;

  • Every report will be complete;

  • Every observation or inference will apply equally to every person;

  • User-submitted information will always be accurate;

  • Submitted images will always be suitable for analysis;

  • Every report model will remain continuously available;

  • Periodic reports will produce identical or directly comparable results; or

  • Use of the App will produce any particular health, lifestyle, or wellness outcome.

InferPheno App outputs depend in part on information and images supplied by the user and on the limitations of the applicable analytical methodology.

No statement in InferPheno App should be interpreted as a guarantee of health improvement, disease prevention, treatment outcome, or clinical result.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, guarantee, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProXplor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or relating to the use of InferPheno App.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss arising from:

  • Reliance on InferPheno App as a substitute for professional medical advice;

  • Medical, clinical, or treatment decisions made contrary to these Terms;

  • User-submitted inaccurate or misleading information;

  • Poor-quality, altered, or inappropriate Submitted Photos;

  • Unauthorized sharing of account credentials;

  • A user voluntarily sharing a report link or password with another person;

  • A recipient’s independent use or redistribution of a voluntarily shared report;

  • Unauthorized use of Organization Access Codes;

  • Circumstances outside ProXplor’s reasonable control;

  • Third-party platform outages; or

  • Use of the service outside its intended scope.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

28. Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right, statutory guarantee, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Depending on where you reside, local law may provide additional mandatory rights.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement applicable to you, the mandatory requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of InferPheno App are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or InferPheno App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer rights, statutory protections, or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.

30. Changes to These Terms

ProXplor may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • InferPheno App;

  • Report models;

  • Organization-sponsored programs;

  • Technology;

  • Infrastructure;

  • Account functionality;

  • Report Sharing;

  • Security practices;

  • Platform requirements;

  • Legal or regulatory requirements; or

  • Operational requirements.

The current version will be made available through InferPheno App or an applicable ProXplor-hosted page.

Where required by applicable law, ProXplor will provide additional notice before a material change becomes effective.

Continued use of InferPheno App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Effective Date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the effective date of the current version.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

32. No Waiver

A failure or delay by ProXplor to exercise a right or enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

A waiver is effective only where expressly made by ProXplor in writing.

33. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ProXplor’s prior written consent.

ProXplor may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing, transfer of business, or similar lawful transaction, subject to applicable law and applicable privacy requirements.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the InferPheno App Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly presented as applicable to a particular InferPheno App service or feature, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of InferPheno App.

Separate commercial agreements between ProXplor and Participating Organizations govern the relevant enterprise or institutional commercial arrangements and do not give Participating Organizations rights to individual Personal Reports or personal health information except where separately authorized by the individual and permitted by applicable law.
