SEEHA Terms of Use
Last Updated: August 29, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SEEHA Health, including the SEEHA Health mobile application, account services, organization-authorized features, service entitlement information, personal report access, customer support, and related services provided by VSURE TECH SDN. BHD. (“VSURE”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using SEEHA Health.
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using SEEHA Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the SEEHA Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms or the SEEHA Privacy Policy, you must not access or use SEEHA Health.
For purposes of these Terms, “SEEHA Health” or “SEEHA” refers to the SEEHA Health application and related services. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to VSURE. “You” or “your” refers to the individual user accessing or using SEEHA Health.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Authorized Organization” means an employer, company, institution, government program, government agency, organizational program administrator, or other entity authorized to provide access to SEEHA Health or related services to eligible individuals.
“Organization Access Code” means an authorization code issued or made available by an Authorized Organization to verify an eligible user’s organizational authorization and activate applicable service entitlements.
“User ID” means the unique SEEHA identifier assigned to a registered user and used to associate the user with authorized services, service entitlements, and personal reports.
“Report Quota” means an organization-sponsored service entitlement assigned to an eligible user. Report Quota does not represent money, stored monetary value, virtual currency, or a payment instrument.
“Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service” means a third-party General Wellness device, digital tool, collector, system, offline service provider, designated health or wellness service provider, or related service authorized under the applicable organizational arrangement.
“Personal Report” means a health, wellness, lifestyle, or related report generated through an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service and associated with the corresponding SEEHA User ID for access through SEEHA Health.
3. About SEEHA Health
SEEHA Health is an Organization-Authorized Health Information Access Platform commissioned, published, and operated by VSURE.
SEEHA Health provides a central and secure place for organization-authorized users to:
Access and manage their SEEHA identity;
Review and update applicable basic profile information;
Verify organizational authorization;
View organization-sponsored service entitlements;
Access Personal Reports associated with their User ID; and
Manage their SEEHA account.
SEEHA Health is not an unrestricted public-use service.
The application may be publicly available for download, but creating an account or signing in does not by itself provide access to organization-sponsored services.
Access to applicable services and service entitlements must be authorized by an Authorized Organization.
SEEHA Health functions as an information access platform. It does not itself perform health assessments, collect source health measurements, analyze health conditions, or generate health reports.
Any applicable General Wellness data collection, observation, measurement, assessment, or report generation is performed separately through an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service.
4. Eligibility and Organization-Authorized Access
SEEHA Health operates through an organization-authorized access model.
Eligibility for organization-sponsored services may be determined by an Authorized Organization, including its:
Human Resources department;
Employee benefits department;
Health or wellness program administrator;
Government or institutional program administrator;
Designated organizational administrator; or
Authorized service provider.
An eligible user may receive an Organization Access Code issued or made available under the applicable organizational arrangement.
The user may enter the Organization Access Code in SEEHA Health and use the applicable verification function.
Successful verification may activate the service entitlements assigned to that user by the Authorized Organization.
Signing in, creating an account, or receiving a User ID does not independently grant organization-sponsored service entitlements.
VSURE or the applicable Authorized Organization may grant, restrict, modify, suspend, expire, or withdraw organizational authorization or service entitlements in accordance with the applicable service arrangement.
An Authorized Organization’s sponsorship or allocation of service entitlements does not, by itself, grant that organization access to a user’s Personal Reports. Access to Personal Reports is governed by the SEEHA Privacy Policy, applicable user permissions, and applicable law.
5. User ID
Each registered user is assigned a unique SEEHA User ID.
The User ID serves as the user’s unique identity credential within applicable authorized service workflows.
The User ID may be used to:
Identify the corresponding user within an authorized service workflow;
Associate organization-sponsored service entitlements with the correct user;
Associate authorized third-party services with the correct SEEHA account;
Associate Personal Reports with the correct user; and
Enable secure access to reports belonging to the corresponding user.
The User ID does not represent:
Money;
Stored monetary value;
Virtual currency;
A payment instrument; or
A financial account.
Users may be asked to provide their User ID to an Authorized Organization or Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service when receiving an authorized offline service.
6. Basic Profile Information
Each SEEHA User ID may be associated with basic profile information, including:
Display Name
Gender
Date of Birth
City / Region
Phone Number — Optional
Email — Optional
Users may review and edit applicable profile information through the Edit Profile function where available.
Phone Number and Email are not mandatory profile fields unless required for a specific account-related or authorized service-related purpose.
Basic profile information is maintained primarily to support:
User identification;
Organizational authorization;
Service matching;
Service entitlement administration;
Accurate association of services and reports with the correct User ID; and
Account operation and support.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through SEEHA Health is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge.
7. Organization Access Code and Report Quota
An Authorized Organization may provide an eligible user with an Organization Access Code.
Successful verification of the Organization Access Code may activate or update the applicable Report Quota assigned to the user.
Report Quota represents organization-sponsored service entitlements assigned to an eligible employee, program participant, member, or other organization-authorized user.
For example, an employer or organization may provide eligible individuals with a specified number of authorized General Wellness services as part of an employee benefit, organizational wellness program, government program, or other authorized service arrangement.
Report Quota:
Is assigned or allocated under an Authorized Organization’s service arrangement;
Represents service entitlement rather than money;
Is not stored monetary value;
Is not virtual currency;
Is not a payment method;
Is not a subscription purchased by the individual user through SEEHA Health;
Is not an In-App Purchase mechanism;
Cannot be exchanged for cash; and
Cannot be purchased by individual users within SEEHA Health.
SEEHA Health does not sell Report Quota, digital services, or service entitlements directly to individual consumers through the app.
The applicable Authorized Organization determines the amount, duration, scope, eligibility, and availability of service entitlements provided to each authorized user.
A Report Quota may be used, deducted, expired, adjusted, or otherwise administered in accordance with the applicable organizational service arrangement.
Unused Report Quota has no monetary or cash value.
8. Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services
SEEHA Health does not perform General Wellness data collection or assessment within the app.
Where an authorized service requires health- or wellness-related source information, such information may be collected separately through:
Third-party General Wellness devices;
Third-party digital tools;
Third-party data collectors;
Authorized offline service locations;
Designated health or wellness service providers; or
Other Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services.
Such information may include, depending on the applicable service:
Phenotypic images;
Health measurement data;
Physiological or bioelectrical signals;
Observational information;
General Wellness assessment information; or
Other health- or wellness-related source data.
SEEHA Health does not provide functionality for collecting or uploading such source data through the app.
Any applicable source data collection or submission is completed separately from SEEHA Health.
9. User Knowledge and Voluntary Participation
Participation in an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service is voluntary and subject to the user’s own decision.
Where source health or wellness information is required, its collection or submission must take place through the applicable organizational or offline service process with the user’s knowledge and voluntary consent, as required by applicable law and the relevant service arrangement.
Users may contact the applicable:
Human Resources department;
Employee benefits department;
Health management department;
Government or organizational program administrator; or
Designated service provider
for information about the applicable General Wellness tool, designated service location, service process, and related arrangements.
Users may decide whether to receive the applicable service and whether to provide the information required for that service.
If a user chooses not to provide information required for a particular Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service, that service or the corresponding Personal Report may not be available.
SEEHA Health does not require users to submit phenotypic images, health measurements, physiological signals, or other health-related source data through the app.
10. Third-Party Service Association
Individual users do not perform third-party service binding within SEEHA Health.
Where applicable, the service association is completed separately through the administrative workflow of the Authorized Organization or Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service.
A typical service workflow may include:
User provides SEEHA User ID
→ Authorized Organization or designated administrator confirms the applicable service
→ User ID is associated with the relevant third-party service
→ Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service performs the applicable offline data collection or assessment
→ Third-party service generates the Personal Report
→ The Personal Report is associated with the corresponding SEEHA User ID
→ SEEHA Health makes the Personal Report available to the corresponding user
After the user has agreed to receive the applicable service through the relevant organizational or offline service process, the authorized third-party system may access the User ID and only the basic profile information necessary for user identification, service matching, and report association.
Any such access must remain within the scope of the applicable authorized service relationship and applicable privacy requirements.
11. Personal Reports
SEEHA Health provides users with secure access to Personal Reports associated with their User ID.
Personal Reports displayed through SEEHA Health are generated separately through Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services.
SEEHA Health does not generate these reports itself.
SEEHA Health functions as the information-access layer through which the corresponding user may retrieve and view reports that have already been generated and associated with their account.
Depending on the applicable authorized service, a Personal Report may contain:
Health information;
General Wellness information;
Lifestyle information;
Observations;
Lifestyle references;
Lifestyle guidance; or
Other information produced by the applicable third-party service.
SEEHA Health does not independently create, modify, reinterpret, or generate health findings from source health or wellness data collected by the third-party service.
12. Historical Reports
Existing users may retain access to reports previously associated with their SEEHA accounts.
Such reports may be identified or treated as historical or archived reports where appropriate.
Historical reports are preserved for user access and reference and may remain available in read-only form.
The presence of a historical report within SEEHA Health does not mean that the current version of the app performs the data collection, assessment, analysis, or report-generation process through which that report was originally produced.
Current reports made available through SEEHA Health are subject to the service architecture and access model described in these Terms.
13. General Wellness and Medical Boundary
SEEHA Health is an information access platform and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
SEEHA Health itself does not:
Perform health assessments;
Collect source health measurements through the app;
Collect phenotypic images through the app;
Collect physiological or bioelectrical signals through the app;
Use the iPhone camera to conduct health assessments;
Use iPhone sensors to measure clinical or physiological parameters;
Perform AI-based health analysis within the app;
Generate health or medical reports;
Diagnose diseases;
Predict diseases;
Perform medical risk assessments;
Perform clinical screening;
Perform clinical measurements;
Provide treatment recommendations;
Recommend medications;
Issue prescriptions;
Create medical treatment plans; or
Perform medical decision-making.
Personal Reports accessible through SEEHA Health may contain information generated by Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services.
Such General Wellness information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.
If you have health concerns, symptoms, physical discomfort, or require medical care, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
14. Account Registration and Security
Some SEEHA Health functions require you to create an account or sign in using supported authentication methods, which may include:
Sign in with Apple;
Google Sign-In; or
Other authentication methods made available by SEEHA Health.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.
You must notify VSURE promptly if you reasonably believe that:
Your account has been accessed without authorization;
Your credentials have been compromised; or
Suspicious account activity has occurred.
SEEHA Health does not receive or store your Apple or Google account password when you use authentication services provided directly by Apple or Google.
VSURE may restrict or suspend account access where unauthorized access, misuse, security risk, loss of organizational authorization, violation of these Terms, or legal compliance concerns are reasonably suspected.
15. Data and Privacy
Your use of SEEHA Health is subject to the SEEHA Privacy Policy.
SEEHA Health may process and maintain account, authorization, entitlement, and report-access information necessary to operate the service, including:
User ID;
Display Name;
Gender;
Date of Birth;
City / Region;
Phone Number, when voluntarily provided;
Email, when voluntarily provided;
Organization authorization information;
Report Quota;
Personal Reports associated with the User ID;
Report metadata;
Account and security information; and
Information necessary to provide customer support.
SEEHA Health does not collect source health measurements, phenotypic images, physiological signals, or other assessment source data through the app.
Source health or wellness data used by an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service is collected separately outside SEEHA Health through the applicable third-party device, tool, system, collector, or offline service process.
SEEHA Health does not use personal profile information or Personal Reports for:
Advertising;
Cross-app tracking;
Sale of personal information;
Data brokerage;
Unrelated commercial profiling; or
Unrelated AI model training.
Further information regarding data processing, service providers, access, storage, retention, deletion, and privacy rights is provided in the SEEHA Privacy Policy.
Where these Terms and the SEEHA Privacy Policy address personal data processing, the Privacy Policy governs the specific processing of personal data.
16. Technology and Service Providers
VSURE TECH SDN. BHD. is the publisher and operator of SEEHA Health.
ProXplor serves as VSURE’s contracted technology developer and technology service provider supporting the SEEHA Health information platform.
SEEHA Health may also use contracted cloud infrastructure, authentication, security, communications, and other technology providers necessary to operate the service.
Authorized Third-Party General Wellness providers remain responsible for their respective:
Devices and tools;
Offline data collection;
General Wellness assessment processes;
Source data processing;
Report generation; and
Independent service activities.
Independent third-party services may also be subject to their own applicable terms, privacy notices, consents, and service conditions.
Use of a contracted service provider by VSURE does not authorize that service provider to use SEEHA user information for purposes outside the applicable service relationship.

You agree to:
Provide accurate account and profile information to the best of your knowledge;

18. Account Deletion
Users may initiate deletion of their SEEHA account directly within the app where this function is available.
In-app path: Profile → Delete My Account
Upon completion of an account deletion request, personal data, account information, and retained reports associated with the account will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with the SEEHA Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law for purposes including:
Legal compliance;
Security;
Fraud prevention;
Dispute resolution; or
Other legitimate legal obligations.
Unused Report Quota associated with a deleted account will cease to be available and has no monetary or cash value.
Where an external authentication provider requires additional account-handling procedures, SEEHA Health will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable platform and service requirements.
19. Service Availability and Changes

Service availability may nevertheless be affected by:
Internet connectivity;

Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided.
20. Third-Party Report Accuracy and Service Limitations
Personal Reports accessible through SEEHA Health are generated through Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services.
The content, methodology, observations, measurements, assessments, and conclusions contained in a third-party report are produced by the applicable third-party provider.
SEEHA Health provides access to such reports but does not independently reproduce or validate the source assessment used to generate them.
The completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or applicability of a Personal Report may depend on factors including:
The quality and completeness of source information;
The operation and limitations of the applicable third-party device or tool;
User information supplied during the relevant service;
Service provider procedures;
Environmental or measurement conditions;
The methodology used by the third-party service; and
Other factors outside SEEHA Health’s direct control.
Users should interpret Personal Reports within the intended scope stated by the applicable service provider.

All rights, title, and interest in the SEEHA name, brand, application interfaces, software, platform-specific content, documentation, and other materials owned by VSURE remain the property of VSURE or its licensors.
Certain underlying technologies, software components, frameworks, infrastructure, and related intellectual property supporting SEEHA Health may be owned by or licensed from ProXplor or other technology providers.
Third-party reports, tools, methodologies, trademarks, and content may remain the intellectual property of their respective owners or licensors.
Except for the limited rights necessary to use SEEHA Health in accordance with these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to users.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected SEEHA or third-party technology or content except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization.

An Authorized Organization may also terminate or modify the service entitlements it has assigned to you in accordance with the applicable organizational arrangement.
Upon termination, your right to access SEEHA Health may cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
