SEEHA Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VSURE TECH SDN. BHD. (“VSURE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, transfers, protects, retains, and deletes personal data in connection with SEEHA Health (“SEEHA”).

SEEHA Health is an Organization-Authorized Health Information Access Platform commissioned, published, and operated by VSURE.

SEEHA provides a central and secure place for organization-authorized users to:

  • Access and manage their SEEHA identity;

  • Review and update applicable basic profile information;

  • Verify organizational authorization;

  • View organization-sponsored service entitlements; and

  • Access Personal Reports associated with their SEEHA User ID.

SEEHA is not an unrestricted public-use service.

The app may be publicly available for download, but access to organization-sponsored services and service entitlements requires authorization from an eligible organization, employer, institution, government program, or other authorized entity.

SEEHA functions as an information access platform. It does not itself perform health assessments, collect health-related source data through the app, analyze health conditions, or generate health reports.

Where health- or wellness-related source information is required, the collection, observation, measurement, assessment, and report-generation process takes place separately through an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with:

  • The SEEHA mobile application;

  • SEEHA-related websites and web pages operated by VSURE;

  • SEEHA accounts and authentication services;

  • Organization authorization and service entitlement administration;

  • Personal Report access;

  • Customer support and privacy requests; and

  • Other SEEHA-related digital services operated by VSURE.

By using SEEHA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Your use of SEEHA is also subject to the SEEHA Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

“Authorized Organization” means an employer, company, institution, government program, government agency, organizational program administrator, or other entity authorized to provide access to SEEHA or related services to eligible individuals.

“Organization Access Code” means an authorization code issued or made available under an Authorized Organization’s service arrangement to verify organizational authorization and activate applicable service entitlements.

“User ID” means the unique SEEHA identifier assigned to a registered user and used to associate the user with authorized services, service entitlements, and Personal Reports.

“Report Quota” means an organization-sponsored service entitlement assigned to an eligible user. Report Quota does not represent money, stored monetary value, virtual currency, or a payment instrument.

“Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service” means a third-party General Wellness device, digital tool, collector, system, offline service provider, designated health or wellness service provider, or related service authorized under the applicable organizational arrangement.

“Personal Report” means a health, wellness, lifestyle, or related report generated through an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service and associated with the corresponding SEEHA User ID for access through SEEHA.

“Source Health or Wellness Data” means health- or wellness-related information collected for the purpose of an external General Wellness service, which may include phenotypic images, health measurements, physiological or bioelectrical signals, observational information, assessment source data, or other related information.

3. Personal Data SEEHA Processes

SEEHA processes only personal data reasonably necessary to operate, secure, administer, and support the information-access service.

3.1 Account and Authentication Information

When you create an account or sign in, SEEHA may process:

  • Apple or Google account identifiers made available through the applicable authentication process;

  • SEEHA User ID;

  • Authentication status;

  • Account status;

  • Account settings;

  • Login records;

  • Security records; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to maintain secure account access.

SEEHA may support Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or other supported authentication methods.

SEEHA does not receive or store your Apple or Google account password.

3.2 Basic Profile Information

SEEHA may process basic profile information provided or confirmed by the user, including:

  • Display Name

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth

  • City / Region

  • Phone Number — Optional

  • Email — Optional

Users may review and update applicable profile information through the Edit Profile function where available.

Phone Number and Email are not mandatory profile fields unless required for a specific account-related or authorized service-related purpose.

Basic profile information may be used for:

  • User identification;

  • Organizational authorization;

  • Service matching;

  • Service entitlement administration;

  • Accurate association of services and Personal Reports with the correct User ID;

  • Account administration; and

  • Customer support.

3.3 Organization Authorization and Service Entitlement Information

SEEHA operates through an organization-authorized access model.

We may process information relating to organizational authorization and service entitlements, including:

  • User ID;

  • Organization identity or organizational program information where applicable;

  • Organization Access Code verification status;

  • Authorization status;

  • Authorization date;

  • Authorization history;

  • Report Quota;

  • Report Quota usage or adjustment records; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to administer organization-sponsored service entitlements.

Report Quota represents organization-sponsored service entitlements assigned to an eligible employee, program participant, member, or other organization-authorized user.

Report Quota:

  • Is not money;

  • Is not stored monetary value;

  • Is not virtual currency;

  • Is not a payment method;

  • Is not an In-App Purchase mechanism; and

  • Cannot be purchased by individual users within SEEHA.

SEEHA does not sell Report Quota, digital services, or service entitlements directly to individual consumers through the app.

3.4 Personal Reports

SEEHA may process and maintain Personal Reports that have been generated separately through Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services and associated with the corresponding User ID.

Depending on the applicable third-party service, Personal Reports may contain:

  • Health information;

  • General Wellness information;

  • Lifestyle information;

  • Observations;

  • Lifestyle references;

  • Lifestyle guidance;

  • Report dates;

  • Report identifiers;

  • Report type or service information; and

  • Other information produced by the applicable third-party service.

SEEHA does not generate these reports itself.

SEEHA functions as the secure information-access layer through which the corresponding user can retrieve and view Personal Reports that have already been generated and associated with the user’s account.

Because Personal Reports may contain health- or wellness-related information, they may constitute sensitive personal data under applicable law.

Where a Personal Report contains information classified as sensitive personal data under applicable law, it will be processed with the user’s explicit consent or on another lawful basis permitted by applicable law. As part of the applicable authorized service process, the user may expressly consent to the resulting Personal Report being associated with their SEEHA User ID and made available through SEEHA.

Personal Reports are handled with safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.

3.5 Historical Reports

Existing users may retain Personal Reports or other reports previously associated with their SEEHA accounts.

These may be maintained as historical or archived reports for user access and reference.

The presence of a historical report within SEEHA does not mean that the current version of the app performs the source data collection, assessment, analysis, or report-generation process through which that report was originally produced.

Historical reports may remain available while the applicable account and retention conditions continue to apply.

3.6 Device, Technical, and Security Information

Where technically generated or reasonably necessary to operate and secure SEEHA, we may process limited technical information, including:

  • Device model;

  • Operating system version;

  • App version;

  • IP address;

  • Access date and time;

  • Authentication and security logs;

  • Crash or diagnostic information;

  • System performance information; and

  • Other limited technical information reasonably necessary for security and service reliability.

This information may be used for:

  • Service operation;

  • Troubleshooting;

  • Cybersecurity;

  • Fraud and abuse prevention;

  • Account protection;

  • Reliability; and

  • Technical support.

3.7 Customer Support and Communications

If you contact VSURE regarding SEEHA, we may process:

  • Your name or User ID;

  • Email address or other contact information you provide;

  • Support request content;

  • Privacy request content;

  • Feedback or complaint information;

  • Communication records; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to respond to your request.

4. Health and Wellness Source Data Not Collected Through SEEHA

SEEHA does not provide functionality for collecting or uploading Source Health or Wellness Data through the app.

In particular, SEEHA does not collect through the app:

  • Phenotypic images;

  • Facial or tongue images for health assessment;

  • Health measurement data;

  • Physiological signals;

  • Bioelectrical signals;

  • Sensor-based health assessment data;

  • General Wellness assessment source data; or

  • Other health-related source information required to perform an external assessment.

SEEHA does not use the iPhone camera or photo library to collect health-related source data and does not use iPhone sensors to conduct health assessments or measure clinical or physiological parameters.

Any such data required for an authorized General Wellness service is collected separately outside SEEHA through the applicable Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service.

5. How Third-Party General Wellness Data Collection Works

Where an authorized General Wellness service requires Source Health or Wellness Data, the applicable collection or assessment takes place outside SEEHA.

The process may involve:

  1. The user receiving authorization for an applicable service through an Authorized Organization;

  2. The user providing their SEEHA User ID through the applicable offline or organizational service process;

  3. The Authorized Organization, Human Resources department, employee benefits department, program administrator, or designated service provider associating the User ID with the applicable third-party service;

  4. The user deciding whether to participate in the applicable General Wellness service;

  5. Source Health or Wellness Data being collected separately through an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service;

  6. The third-party service performing the applicable General Wellness assessment or processing;

  7. The third-party service generating a Personal Report;

  8. The Personal Report being associated with the corresponding SEEHA User ID; and

  9. SEEHA making the Personal Report available to the corresponding user.

The applicable collection or submission of Source Health or Wellness Data must occur with the user’s knowledge and voluntary consent, as required by applicable law and the applicable service arrangement.

Users may choose whether to receive the relevant service and whether to provide the information required for that service.

If a user chooses not to provide information required for a particular third-party service, that service or the corresponding Personal Report may not be available.

6. Information Made Available to Authorized Third-Party Services

Before SEEHA or VSURE makes a user’s User ID or basic profile information available to an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service, the user must be informed, through the applicable organizational or offline service process, of:

  • The categories of information to be shared;

  • The recipient or category of recipient;

  • The purpose for which the information will be shared; and

  • Any other information required by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, the user must expressly consent to such disclosure before the relevant information is made available to the Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service.

Information made available may include:

  • User ID;

  • Display Name;

  • Gender;

  • Date of Birth;

  • City / Region; and

  • Other basic profile information strictly necessary for the applicable authorized service.

Phone Number and Email will not be made available to an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service unless they are reasonably necessary for the applicable service and the user has been appropriately informed and authorized such disclosure where required.

Information made available to an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service is limited to what is reasonably necessary for:

  • User identification;

  • Service matching;

  • Service administration;

  • Report association; and

  • Delivery of the applicable authorized service.

The third-party provider’s independent collection and processing of Source Health or Wellness Data may also be subject to its own privacy notice, consent process, terms, and applicable legal obligations.

7. How We Use Personal Data

VSURE uses personal data only for disclosed, necessary, and lawful purposes related to SEEHA.

7.1 Account and Identity Management

We may use personal data to:

  • Create and manage SEEHA accounts;

  • Authenticate users;

  • Assign and maintain User IDs;

  • Associate the correct Personal Report with the correct User ID;

  • Make Personal Reports available to the corresponding user;

  • Maintain historical or archived reports where applicable;

  • Resolve report-access issues.

SEEHA does not independently generate, reinterpret, or create health findings from the underlying source data used by the applicable third-party service.

7.4 Security and Abuse Prevention

We may process necessary information to:

  • Protect user accounts;

  • Detect unauthorized access;

  • Prevent fraud and abuse;

  • Maintain service integrity;

  • Investigate security incidents;

  • Troubleshoot technical problems; and

  • Protect VSURE, users, service providers, and the SEEHA platform.

We may use technical, operational, aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate SEEHA;

  • Monitor performance;

  • Improve reliability;

  • Improve user experience;

  • Test technical functionality;

  • Communicate material changes to SEEHA, these policies, or related services; and

  • Send other necessary administrative communications.

8. General Wellness and Medical Boundary

SEEHA is an information access platform.

SEEHA itself does not:

  • Perform health assessments;

  • Collect Source Health or Wellness Data through the app;

  • Perform clinical measurements;

  • Perform medical screening;

  • Diagnose diseases;

  • Predict diseases;

  • Perform medical risk assessment;

  • Recommend medications;

  • Provide prescriptions;

  • Provide treatment recommendations;

  • Create medical treatment plans; or

  • Perform medical decision-making.

Personal Reports accessible through SEEHA may contain General Wellness or lifestyle information generated by Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services.

Such information is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

If you have health concerns, symptoms, physical discomfort, or require medical care, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

9. How We Disclose or Share Personal Data

VSURE discloses personal data only where reasonably necessary, authorized, and lawful.

9.1 Authorized Organizations

An Authorized Organization may receive information reasonably necessary to administer the organizational service relationship, such as:

  • User ID;

  • Authorization status;

  • Organization Access Code verification information;

  • Report Quota or entitlement information; and

  • Other limited information necessary for program administration.

An Authorized Organization’s sponsorship of a service or allocation of Report Quota does not, by itself, give the organization access to a user’s Personal Reports.

Personal Report access is governed by applicable user permissions, applicable law, and any separate authorized arrangement that may apply.

9.2 Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services

Before SEEHA or VSURE provides a user’s User ID or basic profile information to an Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service, the user must be appropriately informed of the information to be shared, the recipient, and the purpose of the sharing, and must provide any express consent required by applicable law through the applicable organizational or offline service process.

An Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service may receive only the limited basic profile information reasonably necessary for:

  • User identification;

  • Service matching;

  • Service administration; and

  • Report association.

The third-party service may separately collect Source Health or Wellness Data directly through its own device, digital tool, collector, system, or offline service process.

The resulting Personal Report may then be associated with the corresponding User ID and made available through SEEHA.

9.3 ProXplor

ProXplor serves as VSURE’s contracted technology developer and technology service provider supporting the SEEHA information platform.

Where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or support SEEHA, ProXplor may process limited SEEHA information on behalf of VSURE within the scope of its contracted technology services.

ProXplor is not authorized through SEEHA to use identifiable user information or Personal Reports for:

  • Advertising;

  • Independent commercial profiling;

  • Sale of personal information;

  • Cross-app tracking;

  • Biometric identification; or

  • Unrelated AI model training.

9.4 Alibaba Cloud – Singapore Region

SEEHA uses Alibaba Cloud – Singapore Region as part of the cloud infrastructure supporting relevant application, account, database, report-access, and storage functions.

Alibaba Cloud acts as an infrastructure service provider and is not authorized by VSURE to use SEEHA user data for its own advertising, marketing, independent commercial profiling, or unrelated purposes.

9.5 Apple and Google Authentication Services

Where users choose Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, Apple or Google provides the applicable authentication service.

SEEHA receives only the information and identifiers made available through the applicable authentication process and user authorization.

Apple and Google operate their authentication services under their respective privacy policies and terms.

9.6 Other Contracted Service Providers

Where reasonably necessary to operate SEEHA, VSURE may use contracted service providers for functions including:

  • Cybersecurity;

  • Technical support;

  • Communications;

  • Service monitoring;

  • Crash diagnostics;

  • Infrastructure;

  • Professional advisory services; and

  • Other operational functions.

Such providers may access personal data only where reasonably necessary to perform the contracted service and must maintain appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

9.7 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

  • Courts;

  • Regulators;

  • Government authorities;

  • Law enforcement agencies;

  • Legal advisors;

  • Auditors; or

  • Other persons exercising lawful authority.

Such disclosure may occur where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce rights, protect users, prevent fraud, or maintain service security.

10. No Sale, Advertising, or Tracking Use

SEEHA does not sell personal data.

SEEHA does not use or disclose identifiable personal profile information or Personal Reports for:

  • Sale of personal information;

  • Data brokerage;

  • Targeted advertising;

  • Cross-app tracking;

  • Unrelated marketing profiling;

  • Unrelated commercial profiling; or

  • Unrelated AI model training.

Source Health or Wellness Data collected independently through Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services is subject to the applicable provider’s privacy obligations and the relevant service arrangement.

11. Storage, Security, and Cross-Border Processing

11.1 Storage and Processing Location

Relevant SEEHA application, account, authorization, entitlement, and Personal Report information may be hosted and processed using Alibaba Cloud – Singapore Region.

Where a user accesses SEEHA from outside Singapore, personal data required to provide SEEHA may therefore be transferred to and processed in Singapore.

Additional contracted technology providers may process limited information in other jurisdictions where reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.

11.2 Security Measures

VSURE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data.

Depending on the applicable system and information, safeguards may include:

  • Encryption in transit;

  • Access controls;

  • Authentication controls;

  • Secure cloud infrastructure;

  • Restricted personnel access;

  • Security monitoring;

  • Data minimization;

  • Secure system administration;

  • Logging and security controls; and

  • Secure deletion or anonymization procedures.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

VSURE nevertheless takes reasonable measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unlawful processing.

11.3 Cross-Border Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to Singapore or another jurisdiction where an authorized technology or service provider is lawfully required to process information necessary to provide SEEHA.

Where cross-border transfers occur, VSURE will take reasonable measures to ensure that personal data receives appropriate protection in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and contractual safeguards.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

VSURE retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and compliance requirements.

12.1 Account and Profile Information

Account and profile information may be retained while the SEEHA account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and support the service.

Following account deletion, such information will be deleted, anonymized, de-identified, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

12.2 Organization Authorization and Report Quota

Organization authorization and Report Quota information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to:

  • Administer authorized access;

  • Maintain entitlement records;

  • Prevent fraud or misuse;

  • Resolve authorization or service issues;

  • Maintain system security; and

  • Meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

12.3 Personal Reports

Personal Reports may remain available while the user’s SEEHA account remains active, subject to the applicable service and retention arrangement.

This may include historical or archived Personal Reports.

Where Personal Reports contain sensitive personal data, they will be retained and processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the relevant lawful basis or explicit consent.

Personal Reports may be deleted or anonymized when the user deletes the SEEHA account, subject to any retention required or permitted by applicable law.

12.4 Technical and Security Records

Technical, authentication, security, and access records may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for:

  • Cybersecurity;

  • Fraud and abuse prevention;

  • System troubleshooting;

  • Service reliability;

  • Incident investigation; and

  • Legal or compliance requirements.

12.5 Secure Deletion and Anonymization

When personal data is no longer reasonably required and retention is not otherwise required or permitted by applicable law, VSURE will take reasonable steps to:

  • Remaining Report Quota will cease to be available; and

  • Report Quota has no monetary or cash value.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law for purposes such as:

  • Legal compliance;

  • Security;

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Dispute resolution; or

  • Other legitimate legal obligations.

Users may also contact VSURE regarding account deletion or privacy requests using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

14. User Choices and Controls

14.1 Profile Controls

Users may review or update applicable basic profile information through SEEHA’s Edit Profile function where available.

Phone Number and Email are optional unless required for a specific authorized account or service purpose.

14.2 Participation in Third-Party General Wellness Services

SEEHA does not collect Source Health or Wellness Data through the app.

Where an external General Wellness service requires such information, users may decide whether to participate in the applicable service and whether to provide the required information through the relevant offline or organizational process.

Choosing not to provide information required by a particular service may mean that the applicable service or Personal Report cannot be completed.

14.3 Consent to Personal Report Association and Access

Where a resulting Personal Report contains sensitive personal data or where consent is otherwise required by applicable law, the user may be asked, through the applicable organizational or offline service process, to expressly consent to:

  • The resulting Personal Report being associated with the user’s SEEHA User ID;

  • The Personal Report being transmitted or made available to SEEHA; and

  • The Personal Report being stored and displayed through the user’s SEEHA account.

If the required consent is not provided, the resulting Personal Report may not be made available through SEEHA.

14.4 Withdrawal of Consent

Where SEEHA processing is based on consent or permission, users may withdraw that consent for future processing where permitted by applicable law.

Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.

Where Source Health or Wellness Data has been collected directly by an independent Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Service, requests relating specifically to that source data may need to be directed to the applicable provider or organization responsible for that processing.

VSURE will handle requests relating to personal data held by SEEHA.

14.5 Account Deletion

Users may initiate permanent account deletion through:

Profile → Delete My Account

  • Request information regarding how personal data is used or disclosed; and

  • Raise a privacy enquiry or complaint.

VSURE may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester before responding to an access, correction, deletion, or other privacy request.

Rights relating to Source Health or Wellness Data collected independently by a third-party provider may also need to be exercised directly with that provider, subject to applicable law and the relevant service arrangement.

16. Children and Minors

SEEHA is intended for users who meet applicable organizational, legal, age, and authorization requirements.

SEEHA is not intended for unauthorized use by children or minors.

Where a minor is permitted to use SEEHA under an applicable organizational or government program, any parental, guardian, or other authorization required by applicable law must be obtained before personal data is processed.

VSURE does not knowingly process personal data from minors without the authorization or consent required by applicable law.

  • Operate website functions;

  • Maintain secure sessions;

  • Remember user preferences;

  • Monitor service performance;

  • Diagnose technical problems;

  • Understand general website usage.

Where analytics technologies are used, they will be managed in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play;

  • Sign in with Apple;

  • Google Sign-In;

  • Authorized Third-Party General Wellness Services;

  • Cloud and technology providers; and

  • External websites or service links.

Independent third-party services may operate under their own privacy policies, notices, consent processes, and terms.

Where a third party independently collects Source Health or Wellness Data outside SEEHA, that third party is responsible for its own data-processing practices and applicable legal obligations, subject to the relevant organizational and contractual arrangements.

Contracted technology service providers acting on behalf of VSURE are required to process SEEHA data only within the scope of their authorized service relationship.
