SEEHA Health
Organization-Authorized Health Information Access Platform
SEEHA Health provides a central and secure place for organization-authorized users to manage their SEEHA identity and service entitlements, and to access personal health and lifestyle reports generated through authorized third-party General Wellness services.
SEEHA Health is commissioned, published, and operated by VSURE TECH SDN. BHD. and is intended exclusively for eligible employees and other users authorized by an eligible organization or employer.
SEEHA Health is not an unrestricted public-use service.
Creating an account or signing in does not by itself provide access to organization-sponsored services. Access must be authorized by the relevant organization, employer, Human Resources department, employee benefits department, or other designated organizational administrator.
SEEHA Health functions as an information access platform. It does not itself collect health measurements, perform health assessments, analyze health conditions, or generate health reports.
All health or wellness data collection, observations, measurements, assessments, and report generation are performed separately by authorized third-party General Wellness devices, collectors, systems, offline service providers, or other authorized General Wellness service providers.
Core Functions
SEEHA Health provides four primary functions:
Unique User Identification
Basic Profile Management
Organization-Sponsored Service Entitlement Management
Secure Access to Personal Reports
The app acts as the user’s identity, entitlement, and report-access interface within the authorized service ecosystem.
User ID
Each registered user is assigned a unique SEEHA User ID.
The User ID serves as the user’s unique identity credential for authorized organizational and third-party General Wellness services.
A User ID may be used to:
Identify the corresponding user within an authorized service workflow.
Associate organization-sponsored service entitlements with the correct user.
Enable authorized third-party systems to associate authorized services and reports with the correct SEEHA account.
Ensure that a personal report is made available only to the corresponding user account.
The User ID does not represent a payment instrument, financial account, stored monetary value, or virtual currency.
Basic Profile Information
Each SEEHA User ID may be associated with the following basic profile information:
Display Name
Gender
Date of Birth
City / Region
Phone Number — Optional
Email — Optional
Users may review and edit applicable profile information through the Edit Profile function.
Phone Number and Email are not mandatory profile fields unless required for a specific account or authorized service-related purpose.
The basic profile is maintained primarily to support user identification, organizational authorization, service matching, and accurate association of reports with the correct User ID.
Organization Authorization
SEEHA Health operates through an organization-authorized access model.
The app is not designed for unrestricted access by individual members of the general public.
Eligibility for organization-sponsored services is determined by the relevant:
Employer
Organization
Human Resources department
Employee benefits department
Authorized organizational administrator
After eligibility is confirmed, the organization may issue an Organization Access Code to the eligible employee or organization-authorized user.
The user enters the Organization Access Code in SEEHA Health and selects Verify Access.
Successful verification activates the service entitlements assigned to that user by the organization.
Signing in to SEEHA Health or creating a User ID does not independently grant organization-sponsored service entitlements.
Report Quota
Report Quota represents organization-sponsored service entitlements assigned to an eligible employee or organization-authorized user.
For example, an employer may provide employees with a specified number of authorized General Wellness services as part of an employee benefits program.
These service entitlements may be reflected in SEEHA Health as Report Quota.
Report Quota:
Is allocated by the authorized organization.
Represents service entitlement rather than money.
Is not stored monetary value.
Is not a virtual currency.
Is not a payment method.
Is not a subscription.
Is not an In-App Purchase mechanism.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be purchased by individual users within SEEHA Health.
SEEHA Health does not sell Report Quota, digital services, or service entitlements directly to individual consumers.
Individual users do not purchase Report Quota through the app.
The applicable organization determines the service entitlement and assigns it to the eligible employee or organization-authorized user.
Third-Party General Wellness Services
SEEHA Health does not perform General Wellness data collection or assessment within the app.
When an eligible employee or organization-authorized user receives an authorized General Wellness service, the service may be provided through:
Third-party General Wellness devices
Third-party data collectors
Authorized offline service locations
Authorized General Wellness service providers
Other authorized third-party systems
The user provides their SEEHA User ID as the identity reference for the authorized service.
The relevant organization’s Human Resources department, employee benefits department, authorized administrator, or authorized service provider then uses the User ID within the applicable backend system to associate the user with the authorized service.
Individual users do not perform third-party service binding within SEEHA Health.
Third-Party Service Binding
Third-party service binding is completed outside the SEEHA Health app through the authorized organization’s or service provider’s administrative workflow.
The typical process is:
User provides SEEHA User ID
→ HR / Benefits Department / Authorized Administrator confirms the authorized service
→ User ID is associated with the corresponding third-party General Wellness service
→ Authorized third-party device or service performs the applicable offline data collection or assessment
→ Third-party service generates the report
→ Report is associated with the corresponding SEEHA User ID
→ SEEHA Health securely presents the report to the corresponding user
After the user has agreed to receive the applicable service through the authorized organizational or offline service process, the relevant third-party system may retrieve the User ID and only the basic profile information necessary for user identification, service matching, and report association.
The information made available to an authorized third-party service is limited to what is necessary for the applicable authorized service workflow.
Personal Reports
SEEHA Health provides users with secure access to personal reports associated with their User ID.
Reports displayed in SEEHA Health are generated through authorized third-party General Wellness services.
SEEHA Health does not generate these reports itself.
The app functions as the secure information-access layer through which the corresponding user can retrieve and view reports that have already been generated and associated with their User ID.
Depending on the authorized service, reports may contain health, wellness, lifestyle, or related information produced by the applicable third-party General Wellness provider.
SEEHA Health does not independently modify, reinterpret, or create health findings from source data collected by the third-party service.

Authorized third-party General Wellness providers are responsible for the applicable offline data collection, General Wellness assessment, and report generation performed through their respective devices, collectors, systems, or services.
