Personal Health Information & Report Access App
SEEHA Health is a ProXplor Nexus™-based Personal Health Information & Report Access App.
SEEHA Health was developed by ProXplor for regional deployment requirements defined in collaboration with VSURE TECH SDN. BHD., a Regional Commercial Partner of ProXplor, and is published and operated by VSURE TECH SDN. BHD.
SEEHA Health is the user-facing application layer of the service. It provides user identification, personal profile management, organization access, secure information and photo submission, personal report access, and account and data management.
The underlying technology infrastructure is provided by ProXplor through ProXplor Nexus™, ProXplor’s Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform, and InferPheno™ Engine, ProXplor’s proprietary Digital Phenotype Inference Engine.
Any individual user may download SEEHA Health and register or sign in using an Apple ID or Google account. Organization authorization, invitation, or pre-approval is not required to download the app, create an account, sign in, manage a personal profile, or access reports already associated with the user’s User ID.
Certain service uses made available through participating organizations and public-sector programs require Organization Access, as described below.
User ID
When a user first signs in to SEEHA Health using an Apple ID or Google account, ProXplor Nexus™ generates a unique User ID and links it to that sign-in account.
The User ID serves as the user’s unique identifier within ProXplor Nexus™ and is used to associate the correct personal profile, authorized service access, submitted information, and personal reports with the corresponding user.
When the user subsequently signs in using the same Apple ID or Google account, SEEHA Health recognizes the existing linked User ID. A new User ID is not generated.
Personal Profile
After a User ID is created, the user may complete and manage basic personal profile information through Edit Profile, including:
Display Name
Gender
Date of Birth
City of Long-Term Residence, for example Beijing, Singapore, or New York
Phone Number — Optional
Email — Optional
The personal profile is associated with the user’s unique User ID and stored in ProXplor Nexus™.
Users may view and update the personal profile information associated with their User ID through SEEHA Health.
Organization Access
SEEHA Health supports Organization Access Codes exclusively for users authorized by participating organizations and public-sector programs under B2B and B2G arrangements.
Organization Access Codes may only be issued by participating organizations or authorized public-sector program administrators. They are not sold or issued directly to individual users, and individual users cannot purchase, self-register for, or independently obtain an access code.
SEEHA Health provides the interface for verifying an Organization Access Code. It does not provide an in-app mechanism for purchasing an access code or purchasing additional service uses.
After Organization Access is successfully activated, SEEHA Health displays the number of service uses currently available to the user as:
Remaining Uses
Remaining Uses represents the number of service uses currently available to the user under the applicable participating organization or public-sector program.
Organization Access does not affect the user’s ability to download SEEHA Health, register or sign in, manage a personal profile, or access reports already associated with the user’s User ID.
Information & Photo Submission
Users with available service access may securely submit the information and photos required for processing through SEEHA Health.
The required photos are:

Profile Face
Tongue
Before submission, SEEHA Health clearly informs the user that the submitted information and photos will be securely transmitted to ProXplor Nexus™ and processed by the InferPheno™ Engine for the purpose of generating the user’s personal report.
The in-app disclosure states:
Your information and photos will be securely transmitted to ProXplor Nexus™ and processed by the InferPheno™ Engine to generate your report. Your photos will be automatically deleted once the report is generated or 3 minutes after upload, whichever occurs first.
Submitted photos are used only for the relevant processing purpose and are not retained after the applicable deletion point.
ProXplor Technology Processing
SEEHA Health is developed by ProXplor and operates as the user-facing application connected to ProXplor’s proprietary health intelligence technology infrastructure.
The underlying processing is performed through:

Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform
ProXplor Nexus™ provides the core technology infrastructure used to maintain user identity relationships, associate relevant user information and reports, and support the underlying processing workflow.
InferPheno™ Engine
Digital Phenotype Inference Engine
InferPheno™ Engine performs the relevant processing of submitted information and photos and generates the resulting personal report.
ProXplor Nexus™ and InferPheno™ Engine are proprietary technologies developed by ProXplor and form the underlying technology infrastructure supporting SEEHA Health. They are not external third-party services.
SEEHA Health itself does not perform image analysis or phenotype inference locally on the user’s device. The relevant processing is performed within ProXplor’s proprietary technology infrastructure.
My Reports
In My Reports, users can securely access personal reports associated with their unique User ID.
Personal reports generated by the InferPheno™ Engine are associated with the corresponding User ID and stored in ProXplor Nexus™.
After the user signs in to SEEHA Health, My Reports retrieves and displays the personal reports associated with the User ID linked to the current sign-in account.
Reports generated following information and photo submission are automatically associated with the corresponding User ID and become available through My Reports after processing is completed.
If no personal report is currently associated with the user’s User ID, My Reports displays:
No reports available yet.
Account and Data Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time through the Delete My Account function in SEEHA Health.
When an account is deleted:
the User ID linked to the account is deactivated;
personal profile information associated with that User ID is permanently deleted;
personal reports associated with that User ID are permanently deleted; and
other account data associated with that User ID is deleted in accordance with the applicable data-retention and deletion policy.
Once the account, User ID, and associated data have been permanently deleted, they cannot be restored.
If the user later registers again using an Apple ID or Google account, the registration is treated as a new account and a new User ID is generated.
Core Functions of SEEHA Health
SEEHA Health primarily provides the following functions:
1. User Identification
Uses a unique User ID to establish and maintain the relationship between the user’s sign-in account and the corresponding information, service access, and reports in ProXplor Nexus™.
2. Personal Profile Management
Allows users to create, view, and update the basic personal profile information associated with their User ID.
3. Organization Access
Allows users authorized by participating organizations or public-sector programs to verify an Organization Access Code and view their current Remaining Uses.
Organization Access Codes are distributed only through the relevant participating organizations or authorized public-sector program administrators and are not available for individual purchase or self-registration.
4. Information & Photo Submission
Allows users with available service access to securely submit the required information and photos to ProXplor Nexus™ for processing by the InferPheno™ Engine.
Submitted photos are automatically deleted once the report is generated or 3 minutes after upload, whichever occurs first.
5. Personal Report Access
Allows users to securely view personal reports associated with their User ID through My Reports.
6. Account and Data Management
Allows users to manage their account and permanently delete their account and associated data.
Functional Scope
SEEHA Health is a Personal Health Information & Report Access App developed by ProXplor and published and operated by VSURE TECH SDN. BHD.
SEEHA Health provides the user-facing application functions required for:
user identification;
personal profile management;
organization access;
secure information and photo submission;
personal report access; and
account and data management.
SEEHA Health does not perform image analysis, phenotype inference, or core analytical processing locally on the user’s device.

SEEHA Health securely transmits the information and photos voluntarily submitted by the user to this technology infrastructure for the defined processing purpose. Submitted photos are automatically deleted once the report is generated or 3 minutes after upload, whichever occurs first.
Organization Access Codes are used only for users authorized under participating organizations and public-sector programs. They are not sold or issued directly to individual users, and SEEHA Health does not provide an in-app mechanism for purchasing Organization Access Codes or additional service uses.
SEEHA Health and its underlying technology workflow are designed to provide personal health information and report access.
General Wellness Scope & Regulatory Positioning
SEEHA Health is designed as a General Wellness application focused on lifestyle optimization, healthier habit formation, and supporting general well-being. The reports and related services available through SEEHA Health are designed to remain within a non-diagnostic, non-treatment, and non-clinical wellness scope.
The product, report framework, and intended-use boundaries have been designed with reference to the U.S. FDA’s General Wellness principles, Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regulatory framework and regulatory distinctions applicable to wellness products, the ASEAN Medical Device Directive (AMDD), and the applicable requirements and guidance of Malaysia’s Medical Device Authority (MDA).
SEEHA Health does not provide medical diagnosis, disease screening, disease monitoring, medical treatment, emergency medical services, or clinical measurement through the device. Health-related information provided through SEEHA Health is intended to support general wellness, lifestyle optimization, and healthier lifestyle habits, and is not intended to replace professional medical advice or medical care.
